FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP
New to Reformer? This workshop is for you!

This workshop is perfect for complete beginners eager to explore Reformer Pilates! You’ll learn the fundamentals of equipment setup and foundational movements, giving you the confidence to join our small group classes. No prior experience, fitness level, or flexibility is required—just come as you are!
Starting something new can feel intimidating, so we’ve designed this workshop to help you build the knowledge and skills you need to kickstart your Reformer journey. Join us and discover how empowering and fun Pilates can be!
Please note: Our Fundamentals Workshops are not a requirement to get started - you can start with a beginner class, we just ask you arrive a few minutes early so the instructor can have a chat with you and give you an overview of the machine.
DYNAMIC SMALL GROUP CLASSES
Small Group Classes: Dynamic, Energising, and Tailored to Meet You Where You’re At
50 minutes
Our small group classes are designed to bring out your best, with a focus on personalised attention in a supportive and energised environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced participant, these classes are built to meet you exactly where you’re at in your fitness journey. We have 3 types of classes to help you reach your goals:
Odyssey Rise (Level 1 - Beginner): A slower-paced class, perfect for those new to Pilates. This session focuses on foundational movement, helping you build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility. Ideal for beginners, pre/post-natal clients, and those recovering from injury (who have been signed off by their physio to return to exercise).
We recommend attending at least 6-8 (maybe more) Odyssey Rise classes before progressing to Level 2 (unless advised by the instructor), to ensure you’re confident with the Reformer and Pilates fundamentals.
There’s no pressure to move beyond Level 1—many clients choose to stay here long-term or return regularly to reinforce technique, improve body awareness, and continue building strength at their own pace.

Odyssey Flow (Level 2 - Intermediate): Our signature dynamic Reformer class! Designed for those with Reformer experience, this energetic session blends strength, flexibility, and mobility in a smooth, uplifting flow. Expect a full-body workout with both progressions and regressions to meet you where you are. This level is ideal once you’ve completed several beginner classes and are comfortable with Reformer basics. It’s a great next step as you build consistency and confidence in your practice.
Odyssey Elevate (Level 3 - Advanced): A challenging and fast-paced class for experienced practitioners. This session features complex, high-intensity Reformer sequences and incorporates heavy spring resistance to deeply challenge your strength, control, and endurance. A minimum of 6+ months of consistent Reformer practice is strongly recommended before attending, along with confidence in intermediate-level exercises. Perfect for those looking to push their limits, refine technique, and elevate their Pilates practice to the highest level.
PRIVATE CLASSES (1:1, 2:1, 3:1 - up to 5:1)
Personalised 50-Minute Reformer Class
50 minutes
This 50-minute session is designed specifically for you and/or your group, focusing on your unique goals. It’s perfect for first-timers eager to familiarise themselves with the Reformer or for those who prefer a more private workout experience.
Additionally, this class is ideal for clients recovering from injury who may want to avoid larger group sessions, as well as for pre- and post-natal clients seeking a customized workout tailored to their needs. Enjoy a personalised approach that prioritises your comfort and progress!
MAT PILATES CLASS
Mat Pilates Classes: Open-Level and Accessible for All
45-50 minutes
Our Mat Pilates classes accommodate 8-10 people and are open to all levels. With a variety of progressions and regressions (layers), these classes are designed to be enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding, whether you're a newcomer or a seasoned Pilates enthusiast seeking a fresh challenge.
All Mat classes take place at Koru Wellness – Unit 3G, Castle Yard, Gardens, Kilkenny.
